Become A Vendor
If you would like to register as a vendor for our event, please click the vendor registration link and indicate which vendor type you have selected. Someone from our team will reach out to you to complete the registration process.

Rib Team
- Each rib team will be allotted a maximum of 35-foot front (if needed), with approximately 20 feet in depth.
- All signage and equipment MUST fit within this space. Vendors must pay additional fees for any space needed beyond the allotted amount.
- Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, electrical cords, lighting, cooking equipment, displays and signage.
- No vendor is allowed to sell drinks or Dream Spring Fling Festival T-shirts or apparel of any kind.

Food Vendor
*Food vendor fees may vary depending on space needs and items sold.
- All food vendors will be allotted a 12’x12′ space.
- All signage and equipment MUST fit within this space. Vendors must pay additional fees for any space needed beyond the allotted amount.
- Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, electrical cords, lighting, cooking equipment, displays and signage.
- No vendor is allowed to sell drinks or Dream Spring Fling Festival T-shirts or apparel of any kind.

Commercial / Market / Arts & Crafts Vendors
- Commercial Vendor – $100
- You are a commercial vendor if you are a for-profit company that will be marketing or promoting your company and/or conducting sales.
- Market Vendor – $50
- Small local companies / vendors selling apparel, certain novelty items, items that you purchase to re-sell, etc. are considered Market Vendors. This determination WILL be made by event staff only.
- Arts & Crafts Vendor – $25
- Vendors who sell hand-made items will be considered in this category.
- All food vendors will be allotted a 10’x10′ space.
- All signage and equipment MUST fit within this space. Vendors must pay additional fees for any space needed beyond the allotted amount.
